Lofts in Downtown St. Louis
Yesterday, I visited some loft properties in downtown St. Louis. A recent post about lofts and condos in downtown St. Louis.
I was especially impressed with the Ely Walker lofts. This is a hybrid building with units for resale and for lease.
Some of the photos in the MLS are dark, but the units are bright and cheerful. Huge windows are located on at lease one wall of the units. The finishes are nice — granite, marble, custom cabinetry, contemporary lighting.
Lease options run between $975 and $1495 per month — most utilities are included. The building has beautiful common spaces and a fitness center. There are a number of units currently for lease in Ely Walker.
There are four units currently for sale in Ely Walker (sale-ely-walker) They range from $172,900 to $299,900.
Two recent sales in Ely Walker were for 209k and 232k.
